Integrated Care of Oklahoma for Behavioral Health

Develop an independent practice association, network and integrated health care delivery system offering behavioral health services in underserved urban and rural communities, secure contracts with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Oklahoma Health Care Authority, health plans and/or other payers, and arrange for health care items and services and providers (collectively “Healthcare Providers”)

Arrange for the delivery of high quality behavioral health care services by participating Healthcare Providers, utilizing systems that provide for clinical and administrative efficiency, shared strategies, adequate information systems, and integration of operations;

Provide a vehicle for collaboration by Healthcare Providers in the delivery and management of health care services, including behavioral health, to patient populations in underserved urban and rural communities
